Dipender –
Tried the Hariyali Kababas – amazing!
If you roll one skewer of the kababs in a parantha, you get a world class Kathi roll – don’t need to add anything else – no additional chutney shutney so it is drip free! I took two rolls wrapped in aluminum foil on a long flight this week – best airplane meal ever.
People – try the Amritsari fish and Hariyali kababs if you haven’t already.
