Barbeque

Barbeque until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C)

Oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken shashlik sticks on a drip tray and cook the chicken for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken over, spray some oil to keep it moist. Now cook for another 10 minutes.
If desired- for the charred taste, the last 1 minutes can be on top heat.

Note: cooking time can vary depending on the oven. For the chicken to be ready, the internal temperature should be 165 °F.

Air Fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F Lightly spray the chicken tikka skewers with oil and place in the basket/tray without overcrowding.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked.
