Barbeque until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C)
Preheat the oven to 375°F Place the chicken shashlik sticks on a drip tray and cook the chicken for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken over,
spray some oil to keep it moist and cook for another 10 minutes. If desired- for the charred taste, the last one minute can be on top heat.
Note: cooking time can vary depending on the oven. For the chicken to be ready, the internal temperature should be 165 °F.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F , Lightly spray the chicken with oil and place in the basket/ tray without overcrowding, cook for 12-14
minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked.
