Barbeque until the pork tikka is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C)
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the pork tikka on the drip tray. Cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, flip the pork tikka over
and baste it with oil on the other side too to keep it moist. Now cook for another 15 minutes. If desired- for the charred taste, the last 1
minutes can be on top heat
Note: cooking time can vary depending on the oven. For the pork tikka to be ready, the internal temperature should be 165 °F.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the pork tikka skewers with oil and place in the basket/ tray without overcrowding. Cook for
14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the Pork tikka is cooked.
