Barbeque until the lamb is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C)
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the lamb chops on a drip tray Cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, flip the lamb chops over,
baste it with oil to keep it moist. Now cook for another 15 minutes. If desired- for the charred taste, the last 1 minutes can be on top heat.
Note: cooking time can vary depending on the oven. For the lamb chops to be ready, the internal temperature should be 165 °F.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F Lightly spray the Lamb Chops with oil and place in the basket/ tray without overcrowding. Cook for 8
minutes. Flip the lamb burrah chops and spray some oil to keep it moist Cook for another 7 minutes
